Famous Chef Teaches Students

SCTC Culinary Arts students had the opportunity to learn techniques from a guest Chef today.
That being Chef Heidi Parent who was on season 16 of Hell’s Kitchen and currently is the Culinary Arts Instructor at Capital Area Technical Center. Chef Crate and Chef Parent worked with the students to create a near perfect Beef Wellington.
