SCTC Culinary Arts students had the opportunity to learn techniques from a guest Chef today. That being Chef Heidi Parent who was on season 16 of Hell’s Kitchen and currently is the Culinary Arts Instructor at Capital Area Technical Center. Chef Crate and Chef Parent worked with the students to create a near perfect Beef Wellington.

Our CNA Students visited Maine College of Health Professions in Lewiston this week. The students learned about the nursing tracks they offer along with their radiology program.
