The Culinary Arts Program prepares students for a future in the food service industry. Students begin their training with entry-level culinary skills and techniques for cooking and baking. Students then develop a variety of skills that enables them to work in a real-world setting by managing the student-operated restaurant, “The Food Place”.
The restaurant at SCTC Culinary Arts will be open for service on Thursday Jan 17th and Friday Jan 18th 2019 from 11am-Noon.
