The Culinary Arts Program offers a hands-on experience in the food service industry, teaching you essential cooking and baking skills in a professional kitchen setting right at your high school.
In your first year, you'll master the basics—sanitation, kitchen safety, knife skills, and more—while learning to work as a team and create delicious dishes.
In the second year, you'll advance your skills with secondary sauces, complex butchery, cost control, and international cuisines, and even earn your ServSafe Manager certification.
